New Harvest Turmeric has an intense, sweet, fresh and floral flavour with a vibrant colour and strong aroma. Turmeric is irrigated using a special water conservation method, which concentrates its earthy flavour, and is grown alongside sugarcane so it has sweet, fruity notes and a floral aroma. The skin is left on to intensify the flavour, as most turmeric is graded by colour alone this vital part of the plant is usually removed. Shame on them. Soft, powdery and fine to the touch.
