The grapes were fermented and aged in stainless steel, with lees stirring and aging to help enhance the mouthfeel on the palate.
Burn Valley is a family vineyard in North Creake, located just under 20 miles from Bakers & Larners of Holt, their branding depicting the North Norfolk coast line.
