This Mountain pale ale is a collab with Japanese brewers West Coast Brewing and Be Easy Brewing. It's got a soft malt bill of extra pale, flaked oats and a touch of crystal T50 that eases you nicely into big hitting hops -Chinook, Columbus and Amarillo in the whirlpool provides notes of pine and plenty of citrus fruit, with a dry hop bill of Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Citra giving tropical fruits and vinous vibes. A superb blend of East meets West.
