Into the Clouds is a Burnt Mill classic DDH New England Pale, loaded with oats, dextrin malts and a touch of caramel aromatic for a soft base. Whirlpooled with Talus for tropical fruits and berry notes to carry through to the dry hop, where the brewers added Citra, Talus and HBC 630 for a delicious melody of ripe tropical and citrus fruits.
