This Chardonnay hails from their Ayni Vineyard in Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco, where exceptional terroir meets Chakana’s dedication to minimal intervention winemaking. Naturally fermented with native yeasts and aged for 12 months in 500L German oak barrels, the wine is bottled without fining or filtration, resulting in a complex, crisp Chardonnay with fresh acidity.
