The 2016 Chateau Serilhan has a wonderful nose of blackberry, cassis, tobacco and smoky, earthy aromas that unfold gently in the glass. The palate is medium bodied with juicy black and red fruits, very fine tannins and a touch of oak. The finish is long and sensual. An excellent accompaniment to red meats. This fine red would also pair well with a selection mature cheeses. Presented in Magnum.
