The family-run house of Delamain is one of the oldest Cognac producers, founded in 1762. The company is rare in that it produces no VS or VSOP Cognac and starts its range at XO level. Aged 25 years, this Pale & Dry expression is a stunning XO Cognac with powerful and intense floral aromas, backed by distinctive notes of vanilla. Its mellow roundness on the palate blossoms into a full-bodied fruitiness, with hints of liquorice and vanilla. Serve as a digestive, or as a partner to chocolate and other desserts.
