The Aglianico sparkling rose is produced with grapes from selected plots where the propensity of the vines to have a lively crown with crunchy, ripe berries is encouraged.
It has an antique pink colour; the foam is abundant and persistent and hints reminiscent of pomegranate berries and pink grapefruit peel are evident.
On the palate, the freshness blends with the creaminess of the thin bubbles which leave room for a finish that is still fresh, round, and persistent.
It pairs best with tomato-based summer dishes, roasted vegetables, aged cheeses and meats.
