Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Blanc de Blancs NV is blended from vineyards in the Cotes des Blancs but also including Chardonnay from the village of Cumieres in Champagne where the family vineyards are based, and also from Vitry. This gives our NV Blanc de Blancs a light touch of chardonnay character finishing with the trade mark citrus freshness. Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale Blanc de Blancs NV champagne is a pale shiny yellow, tinted with delicate shades of green. The first aroma is floral, followed by combined notes of apricot and mirabelle plum. There is a lively first hit, yet it is ample and fresh, with citrus overtones. There are sweet spicy flavours of cinnamon and vanilla with gourmet notes of biscuit, over a yuzu finish.
