Used for making curries across India, the Kadai Cooking Bowl hangs on three chains. Raise and lower on the Tripod chain to control the temperature. It is an ideal piece of cookware for an authentic-tasting curry, slow-cooked stews, chillies or even mulled wine. Includes a separate trivet for placing the bowl on a table to serve. 36cm bowl and larger can fit in the Holi Grill for stir-frying.
