A super pale and hazy 8.2% DIPA built on a base of Pilsner and Wheat Malts that really allow the hops to play the lead. A mid fermentation dry-hop of Idaho 7 screams Pineapple and canned Peaches on the nose that was then lifted with a healthy dose of Strata and Simcoe to round out this dank fruit cocktail party of a beer. Oats see the palate through to the end with a creamy, full bodied finish that "hides the ABV well", as they say.
