Matured in a combination of Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak Casks, giving this Highland whisky a light and delicate taste which is refreshing on the finish.
Tomatin distillery is one of the few distilleries in Scotland which gives a home to its workforce, hailing back to its construction in 1897 where there was no local workforce in the town.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Vanilla, white chocolate and fresh fruit
Palate: Gentle waves of fresh fruit peppered with ginger
