Upon harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo a controlled fermentation in new French oak barrels, resulting in a rich and creamy texture with notes of toasted oak and vanilla. The wine has a bright and vibrant palate with flavours of citrus, peach, and a subtle hint of minerality, leading to a long and refreshing finish. It is an excellent choice to pair with grilled seafood or creamy pasta dishes.
