Winbirri Vineyards wine maker Lee Dyer has really expressed his fondness for the Rioja region with this wine by incorporating many of the wine making techniques that are used in the famous wine making region, to create a real knock-out red tipple for England. If you are a fan of Rioja then you should really enjoy this wine. This bold red is bursting with rich plum and dark-berry fruits; spicy with notes of coffee and blackberries. Plum and vanilla come through beautifully on the palate. An excellent accompaniment to cheese.
